How current is your Billing manual
Is that guide still valid, i.e. is it updated to reflect 2012 guidelines?
I am especially interested in Medicare billing.
Not updated since 2005.
The general info is correct, but all the numbers for rates are off. And it doesnt include anything about the changes in payments from Medicare, etc.
